  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. A welcome decision, which made... what people say » our stay even more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

  Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning -- delievered at your door are fresh croissants from local ba - The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

  It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.... what people say » The beds were very comfortable. - Great location on the square within walking distance of many points of interest.
