Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels and super-fast internet. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning -- delievered at your door are fresh croissants from local ba.

He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good. No DVD, but only BBC-1, BBC-2 and BBC-News for English-speakers. Travelling with my elderly mother and steps to apartment were steep. Poorly marked at street level. Struggled to open the main door every night maybe I was drunk lol ; breakfast can be more variety. Nothing. no. The stairs.
