  Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous. Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get back into it. Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. - I really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. Denny made us feel like family up... what people say » on the Club floor and special thanks to the ladies in the lounge, Maricel, Rochelle, etc. Everyone was so lovely and kind. The beach was great, the room excellent. Perfect for a quick holiday getaway.
