  Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous. Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get back into it. Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. - I really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz.   The staff was super, anything you needed or even a kind smile and a chat to see how you got on. For me the bellboy named shazad was excellent. Before I got to the hotel we had a long flight. Held up by immigration for no reason and local moody taxi driver. So I was a bit annoyed but he soon changed my mood. Her cheered me up, helped me with me set... what people say » tling in and organising and advising for things I should see. He didnt have to go out of his way but he did and that whats made my stay soecial. A pro - Everythings was so perfect from billboy to the manager. All staff memebers were so friendly and greate hospitality. Room was cleaned and the decure was very nice. Check-in and check-out timing was suitable.the access to city center mall was excellent. Near to main roads.
