Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous. Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get back into it. Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. I really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. Denny made us feel like family up on the Club floor and special thanks to the ladies in the lounge, Maricel, Rochelle, etc. Everyone was so lovely and kind. The beach was great, the room excellent. Perfect for a quick holiday getaway.

This is one of the best luxury and high class hotels in Bahrain. Friendly welcome, smooth checkin, superb food both in room, and restaurant, gorgeous gardens and beach, and attention to detail in room amenities. The bed was the most comfortable we ever slept in. The hotel has friendly & professional staff, luxury design , comfortable beds, cleaned room, luxury toilet, very respected, and its nice for families & children. Superb one night stay to celebrate a friends birthday. Staff were incredibly accommodating and thoroughly refreshing to deal with. We will be back!. Very good hotel, staff are first class. Although it is not cheap you feel it is still reasonable value for money. Good location near alseef shopping mall and city center mall, excellent swimming pool, rooms are clean and tide. The hotel does not comply with the true meaning of resort & spa, cause spa section always fully booked, if you planed to do some spa & massage therapy in your weekend you should reserve at first at spa center then reserve the room, no entertainment at all. No bar at the beach, you know something the hotel is not fitted for mature couples or bachelors, only for families with children. Food at Trader Vic's. Delux rooms are very small, they don't have wide view to swiming pool or beach and they hardly fit for couple with one or two young children not as mentioned in the booking. The pool area was being refurbished.
