The hotel was in an excellent location, was quiet very adequate for families or group of women, the two bed room apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped, the cleaners were very competent and smiley. the staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and neat, and the food was nice. furnetuer, location, cleanliness of the rooms are excellent, ...The hotel was quite and has a nice atmosphere, and I also liked the view of the pool in the roof top, but too bad the jacuzzi wasn't working !. Having my own satellite receiver. Spacious rooms. The breakfest need some improvement and they need to delay it until 11. The food is not that excellent. The delay at the time of check-in. I had to wait for about one hour, because the room was not ready. Also, the coffee served at the buffet breakfast was not brewed coffee. It was an instant Nescafe.The staff. no , but make more parking if you can cose sometimes i didn`t got a park. the view . away from taxi way. Kids things. The check in process was very slow and not professional and I think that was because the receptionist was not the right person for the place. There was an un-necessary hidden fee that was not mentioned with booking or during check in process. There were no car park services. it seams that their was a lack of communication between the Booking.com and the hotel, because although i have a confirmation from Booking.com but my name wasn't in the hotel reservation list. slow servies , the room was smoking room and i am not a smoker the smill evrey where ...even the door man didnt pather to carry our lagguage. The Room service wasn't that good, the TV was from the Ice age, and I didnt like the idea of the rule that say's only one room card (key) per suite, when all the hotel gives you two or three cards. The room is so cold even though the AC is turned off. Food from room service was so cold, I had to heat it to be eatable. House keeping did not clean the glasses and plates for two days. - Food was not great . Breakfast was not good at all. It is very difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. Hotel is very strict about check-out time.
