Booked a standard room for 45 dinar per night but received an upgrade to a small one bedroom appartment on the 11th floor. Very spacious and clean, large windows with a view over the bay. Very quiet, good bed. No mini bar, but there is a refrigirator and there is a convenient store at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. there you can also find some restaurants and fast food chains.

The staff were very friendly. The Appartment was very clean and big and very nice designed I really love it. Room service is 24 hours. Parking is available. wifi is available and free of charge. Breackfast was good.
It is very suitable for families as well -

Excellent value for money, we had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. The decor was perhaps a little dated and not our style, but very comfortable. Housekeeping where excellent and very helpful, providing us with hair dryer, water etc when requested. Location is good for nearby restaurants and bars. -

I requested the same room I stayed in before but they said it wouldn't be available so they put me in another 2bdrm but it wasn't as big but it was still great for us and we had the best time! I love the Gulf hotel! Everything is right there and it's in easy walking distance to adliya, the area with the best restaurants in Bahrain! -
