  We had a lovely large triple room, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, warm and comfy, lovely large bathroom, great breakfast, within easy walking distance of the centre of Salzburg and 2 minutes to the train station, unassuming and friendly multi-lingual staff, fast checkout. You couldn't want for more from a hotel. - The staff was amazing an... what people say » d willing to answer any questions we had and helped us find our way around Salzburg. Even the kitchen staff was great. The breakfast was good (but get there early to get a taste of everything). The room was very nice and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel.

  Everything was very clean. The hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pools. Room was big enough for the 4 of us. The hotel has indoor and outdoor facilities for children, with very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak English. Locatio - I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.

  Location is absolutely perfect, directly on the banks of the river with a 2 minute walk to Altstadt in one direction and a 2 minute walk to night life and Mirabel castle in the other direction.   This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.
