Everything was top class. The staff was very nice and friendly all over. "Mountains" is definitely the best description of the experience with the hotel, be it for skiing or hiking in the summer. I was there in July. The hotel has 4 stars superior, but in my opinion it should have 5 stars. -

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and well decorated (rustic chic); the spa is well kept and very modern; and our 5 course dinner was delicious. In addition, the availability of the Lech Summer Card was fantastic. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel (and return to the hotel in the future).

The room was really comfortable and large. The staff are really freindly and helpful. The location is great with direct access to the ski run opposite and a ski bus stop outside the door. Good off road parking. -
