Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 5 years are charged EUR 35 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 6 to 10 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All children from 11 to 17 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10.00 % VAT is included. 10.00 % service charge per room per night is included. EUR 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan	Half board is included in the room rate.
Parking	Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
