Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 8 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
