  The incredibly friendly lady who ran the place (sorry can't remember her name!). She couldn't do enough for us and she made our stay very enjoyable. The location was good, not right in Salzburg so you needed to take public transport to get in and out, but bus 4 runs right in and the stop is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located at a very convenient region, where Mirabell is reachable in 10 min by bus, bank and super market are in 5 min walking distance. The room is decorated in a comfortable home style.   This is our second time at this Hotel but the last time, they were full (December 2005) and we had not booked!) but they kindly let us stay with their Aunt who lives in a house in the grounds.
