Rooms were well appointed, clean, sizable, 2 Bathrooms were brilliant, Kitchen spacious and good size, cooking facilities and Fridge good size, Dishwasher was great. A real Home from Home. Playground and BBQ area were great straight outside the back gate. Close to the beach and just down the road to Supermarket made it all a very good place to stay.

The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge.
The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific.
The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater. Would thoroughly recommend. -

The location was great, close enough to walk in to Margaret River centre and good location for exploring the region. A great Apartment was roomy and lovely and clean with plenty of equipment to cook with.I didn't come in to contact with staff until check out as we arrived late in the evening. The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out.
The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean.
The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff.
Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

All out of home stays come with challenges but at the Best Western Plus Ascot it is not worth mentioning as they have a can fix attitude that is refreshing. From the Owners to the highly trained staff we experienced the utmost professionalism and were made to feel at home. Thank you and we hope to see you all again soon.
