Everything at the Amalfi Resort was excellent. Our villa was spotless and comfortable. We were late arrivals and our air conditioning had been turned on for us, vouchers for free Wi-Fi were on the table and a welcome pack for us to read. The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)

breakfast on Sunday morning. He was extremely pleasant and a asset to
your hotel. He made us feel welcome and that we were important. We
noticed he was rushed off his feet so we took it upon ourselves to clear

I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, the staff were very pleasant, the was a free barbecue to use and a pool. It was great accommodation for the price. Even though there wasn't a sink to wash up in which a lot of people have complained about it was 4 steps to the bathroom sink which to me was no big deal.

I was looking for value for money and that's exactly what I got.
To be fair I'd say it was far better than expected and certainly
more room and facilities too. Only down side was Internet signal
didn't reach some rooms but they were looking at this when I left.
Managed to use their Internet facilities in reception so no problem.

Did like the privacy. We travelled to Mandurah from Tasmania because of a family wedding in the area, the convenience to locations nearby was excellent, we walked and I enjoyed the spa pool daily that was so nice and so relaxing.

I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable.
Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth.
