The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge.
The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific.
The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater. Would thoroughly recommend.

ground floor units need a sheer curtain for privacy, had to keep the drapes closed as neighbours were sitting outside my room. You can hear every word and noise from neighbours.
