The service people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and supplied all our needs.
We had dinner in the Hotel and the food was delicious . I would recommend this hotel to friends and we will stay again next time we need to visit the Eye and Ear Hospital.

Friendly, helpful staff on reception.
I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap.
I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

Ease of checking in early and availability of off street parking. Room very comfortable for our short term stay. Breakfast excellent in the Dining Room and very well priced. To walk into the foyer and be greeted by a very friendly night manager was a good start to the evening. the room was very clean and comfortable. A very small problem with tv had the NM knocking on the door with a smile,, problem very shortly solved. The motel was quiet in it self. Well done.

We were older brother and sister and there was a mix up with your booking as it was assumed we were a couple and only one room was booked. They accommodated us in two adjacent queen size rooms for no extra cost. however one room was next to a room which seemed to have a permanent booking and radio was played all night. -
