  The owners were so thoughtful. The accommodated an early arrival and greeted us warmly. The villa was immaculate as was the rest of the house.   I found the hosts were exceptional in making our stay extremely welcoming. The facilities were second to none. Rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Mandy had it all sorted for me. Thank you again. She was so surprised!!! Plus the massage therapist after a day of exquisite snorkeling/diving was a huge hit with the birthday girl!!

Just before turning in we went outside because the moon had just set and there are no street lights here, nor any other outside lights for that matter, so we expected a spectacular display of stars. We just stood there in pure starlight and absorbed the spectacle above. Did - Great location near the sapphire mining fields. On arrival we found a very impressive setting for a stay in the country. The room was a very good size and great layout. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. Also liked the laundry facilities with washing machine and drier, that we did not have to pay for - a bonus. Excellent value for money and one of the best we have stayed in in our 4 weeks of travel in Qld so far.

We had 3 nights stay unexpectedly (only booked 1) due to major Queensland floods that closed most roads north of Brisbane.
