Friendly family owned accommmodation. Do stay here if you want to stay someplace where they actually care about who you are and what you do. We were on our honeymoon and when Sharon and Martin found out, they came up with champagne and chocolates - such a sweet thing to do. The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

This property is, without a doubt, unique! We loved having a zoo right out of our door! The animals were well cared for too! Feeding kangaroos and wallabies each day was a delight.
