  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again ... what people say » one day we deserve it. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.   We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. The food in the restaurant I rate 10 out of 10. Its a family run type atmosphere. I would have no problem recommending this place!

  The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the 1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but ... what people say » paying a really great price! Loved the view and the location. Also, they provide all eco-products for laundry, dish-washing etc., not just the standar - Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits. The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights for our next Cairns holiday!

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. The location was brilliant and the facilities second to none. The vibe, view and ambience w - I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max. The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

  My three daughters and I checked into Meriton Serviced Apartments - Broadbeach for a 5-day vacation in Gold Coast. The staff was efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for check in and check out. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The location is ideal; a short walk to the bus stop and to Pacific Fair Shopping Ce - Do not stay anywhere else!! This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. In particular a lovely member of staff, Chantel I think her name was. She was awesome. Rooms cleaned excellently eve
