Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

  I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed. Reception we very lovely and welcoming when we ar... what people say » rived and each time we walked through the area they greeted us which doesnt happen at other hotels. loved that food places were a short wlak away and - The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was superb. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

  A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Nice to sit on the balcony. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. Docs, hospitals, banks, eateries, and the city.   Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there.   Fantastic value for money - I was a bit worried because it was at such a low rate...but the rooms are big! It is very comfortable. Staff are helpful and 24 hrs. There are two pools, which was great for the kids. Restaurant, room service at night, and $8 cooked eggs for breakfast. We stayed in the most basic of rooms. However the "kitchenette" had... what people say » everything, including an electric cooker, so really the only thing you are missing out on is an oven. It is certainly not brand new, but it is clean - 1. and out of the CBD which enabled us to have a peace and quietness during the days and nights for rest and sleep. 2. Fast & efficient check in and check out. 3. linkage and calls for taxi service. 4. Easy access to Esplanade walkway for walks, exercise and relaxation. 5.   I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!   Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan.   well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che... what people say » ck in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi - Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
