  The hotel is located in beautifully landscaped grounds with access to numerous swimming pools and the beach. We had a ery spacious room with very comfortable beds.Excellent views over palm trees to Whitsunday Island from the large balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff despite being very busy. Good variety of food at the buffet breakfast and lovely dinners in the Pool Terrace Restaurant. - Very comfortable. The hotel staff were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble. The sea view rooms have the most spectacular view - waking up each morning looking out over the bay is an absolute joy!! Free wifi internet, available throughout the hotel and pool area, was a real bonus.

  I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Everything we needed was close by. The staff are friendly. Woolworths is across the road. Loved it !!!! Amazing view, so much room and while we only got to stay 1 night, after a 4 week trip to Japan for winter, we both felt really comfortable immediately. A good option if you want a great room with a great uninterrupted view of th - We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.
