Cancellation Policy	Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of AUD 200 will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged AUD 20 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged AUD 35 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan	There is no meal option with this hotel.
Parking	Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
