  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi.   Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again ... what people say » one day we deserve it. Thank you outrigger your the b - I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  I enjoyed the stay at your apartments. I would like to comment on the security personnel named Dion Hughes. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped to give directions on where to move around. - We did like the pools and sauna and the place is close to the beach.   As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.   Bella Mare apartments were perfect, far more than we were expecting! The location was brillant, excellent for a lovely, relaxing beach holiday. Is close to everything you need and more for a long stay or just a quick getaway. The staff were super friendly and ensured everything was there for you and went out of there to give you great service.   My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms was nice. We loved sitting out on the balconies' at night relaxing and listening to the local wildlife. Donna and Rick were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful.   We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. The food in the restaurant I rate 10 out of 10. Its a family run type atmosphere. I would have no problem recommending this place!

  The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the 1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but ... what people say » paying a really great price! Loved the view and the location. Also, they provide all eco-products for laundry, dish-washing etc., not just the standar - Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits. The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights for our next Cairns holiday!

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service.
