  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again ... what people say » one day we deserve it. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  We stayed in the king spa room. Although it said it was a 2 person spa, i doubt that my husband and i could both fit in it, but enjoyed seperate spa's. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was includeded and it was a great selection. The food in the restaurant I rate 10 out of 10. Its a family run type atmosphere. I would have no problem recommending this place!

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you. Had in room dinning an the food was great, as was the service. Had a in room spa which was relaxing. Was on the second floor did not find road noise to bad. Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.
