  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi.   Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion.   We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. Apartment was well stocked with all the things like vacum cleaner to a variety of kitchen untensils. Our apartment was reasonably spacious and had a balcony & a courtyard and both bedrooms had an ensuite.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  I enjoyed the stay at your apartments. I would like to comment on the security personnel named Dion Hughes. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped to give directions on where to move around. - We did like the pools and sauna and the place is close to the beach.   As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.
