The rooms are very spacious modern and clean. The balcony was superb place to chill with a drink. The novelty of having a vending machine in the corridor was the 'bees knees' for our daughter! Safe and secure and felt like a true home away from home. Driving around Lismore without a doubt the Gateway Motel looks to be the pick of where to stay, -

A brand new Motel that is clean functional and fairly well located just a few minutes walk to the main str.
All in all a great place to stay and better value than the Bounty Motel which is around the corner and has open air corridors.
Will definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here before with our family who were visiting from overseas, and we had a great stay back then. so this time was just as enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast the next morning and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I thought the resort was great - we stayed in a motel style unit which was clean and tidy but showing its age. Location and access to other facilities, especially the golf club was great. Given the recent wind damage to surrounding areas the community needs to be congratulated on the massive cleanup. -

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good price, clelan and comfortable room. Guest laundry was available. Location beside the Workers Club and McDonalds was most convenient. Breakfast was good for the special price of $12, but I would not have paid full price of $19 for the same breakfast. Will stay there again.
