Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Thank you for a very ple - We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!

  We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

  The room is a great size. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The kitchen was small but had all the components to self cater. The breakfast suplied had toast with butter and condiments plus cereal and milk with fruit and juice.The hotel is within pleasant walking distance through Hyde park to the Museum, St Mary's Cathedral, the Art Gallery,... what people say » China Town and city shopping. Buses and trains only footsteps away. We were given a late checkout 11am on request. The parking was tight but adequate - Great location. If you want to get the airport train and have suitcases then consider getting off at St James instead of Museum station if you don't want to lug cases up loads of steps. St James station is not far and has a lift. We had a very large, modern, comfortable family room with qs bed, two singles and a small lounge, dining table & chairs. The beds were really comfortable and the decor lovely. The breakfast provided was basic but all we needed.

The Managers, Sam and Shannon, are delightful and couldn't be more welcoming. Location was why we booked there as we were in town for a wedding at Silo's winery. Staff were helpful and very friendly on arrival.
