  This is a very nice, comfortable hotel in a great location right in the heart of Berry (with parking). We had a room with a patio overlooking the park which I would recommend. The Managers, Sam and Shannon, are delightful and couldn't be more welcoming. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the a... what people say » rea. - It was comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Location was why we booked there as we were in town for a wedding at Silo's winery. Staff were helpful and very friendly on arrival. When asked for directions to Silo, they were prompt and very accurate as well as helpful in their hints on traffic.

  Staff were friendly and arranged transport to their restaurant. Nothing was a problem for them which made our stay great. - Room was quite big, the spa was great and so was the shower. Bed was extremely comfortable!

  The bed was very comfortble and the thick curtains was great for a sleep in. Also the double glazing on the windows made for a quiet night's stay, which was surprising as the Motel was reasonably close to the main road.   Staff are great..! good family friendly environment, Relaxed and very enjoyable stay Had great BBQ facilities and the simple things like "Mugs"plates n knives n forks is a real pleasure. - We had a family of 6 staying in the one room. There were two main sleeping areas plus a fold out couch. The sleeping areas were very private.

  Easy to find, staff were very friendly and courteous without being patronising, they were more than willing to suggest activities that you can do when the weather turns bad. Overall there is not a bad word I can say about the place. Oh; and heaps of parking - Easy to find - on main road but not noisy.   My room was very clean and comfortable. I was informed that it had not yet been renovated and would be shortly as the whole motel is being done. This was a suprise as it appeared to be in very good condition. Staff are friendly too. A pleasant stay. - Price,comfortable room

  We really enjoyed our stay at El Paso, the staff for friendly especially the lovely couple who run the restaurant they gave us tips of where to go site seeing and restaurants. The location was a total bonus we didn't use our car the whole 4 days we were there except once when we drove along the beach side to view the lookouts, beaches & lighth... what people say » ouse. Breakfast was nice and simple, room was clean & comfortable, really liked the fact that the room had air con aswell. I would recommend this - Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

  Easy to find, plenty of parking. Good sized room. Everything in the room worked & was nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Helpfull staff.   When I saw that the Alexander is beside a busy roundabout I feared the worst. I was delighted when I entered my room (number 21) to find it double glazed, cool and oh so quiet. My room contained a very comfortable queen bed and a comfortable armchair. Perfect for a little getaway. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
