  Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel. The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. Very quick checkin which helped because we had to be at a show within 30 ... what people say » minutes. - Always enjoy our stay at Harbourview. It's perfect location to shops, transport, restaurants etc is what makes our trips so enjoyable. Staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions we have. Accommodates our early arrival when can and rooms are always to our liking. Thanks again to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable.

  I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . Walking distance to Southern Cross and Etihad... what people say » ! Just Awesome Hotel - The beds were probably the most comfortable we had slept in over the 5 weeks we were away. Friendly, helpful staff on reception. I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out. The parking was great, the location was excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. I liked the fact that they had a system in place that allowed guests to use the same towels if they wanted to in order to save water which is great. What I would have also liked to see is a recycle bin in our room so we can put our aluminium, paper, cardboard, plastic and glass.
