  Staff were amazing - Aimee was so helpful and friendly - she absolutely made our stay at maze fantastic! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we had to most interaction with Aimee and loved her top- notch customer service skills. We were two mature sisters who are young at heart and she made us feel like we were 'one of the gang' - ... what people say » our age did not matter. :-) The convenience of the location is second to none. Kitchen facilities were outstanding - very clean and very well- organis - Location is very good. Walking to distance to central station which allows you to travel to most of the place on Sydney. Airport to this hotel, take airport train to Central station then u will be here. Generally, this is a decent place and not fantastic but acceptable. However, even in cold weather the room is a bit warm, thus not so sure how warm the room would be during summer as the fan does not appear to be very helpful.

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... what people say » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

Very helpful. Rooms were basic but all you need was there.close to convenience stores and there's a nice thai restaurant across. A bit far from circular quay but next to free shuttle bus service. Arrive quite early but staff manage to get me in my room which was amazing after a 15hrs flight. Clean room and bathroom.was able to leave my luggage for a few days. Close to darling harbour and chinatown

  location is very good. a short walk to Darling harbour and chinatown. close to central stn for the train to circular quay and to/from the airport. shopping centre with all you need straight across the road. plus a few bars and restaurants just a few mins away. apt was very modern and clean. we put do not disturb sign out on one day and staff rang ... what people say » us twice to make sure we didnt want the room cleaning. check in / out very easy and quick. would stay here again. - I know that a few people have commented about the description of a one-bedroom apartment vs a studio, but the layout was perfect for us with young children; decent size and very clean bathroom (no bath just shower), king size bed that is 'open' plan in an area or 'room' and then into the large combined kitchen, dining and lounge area with good size balcony.
