Do not stay anywhere else!!
This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions. Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise

Extra helpful staff going the extra mile. Offered to help me clean up my car after someone threw up in it. So, so, comfortable unit and wonders upon wonders a fridge and hot beverage making facilities. Lovely spacious room and bathroom and the bed was a dream! Just a very short stroll to Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino.

When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking
them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The staff were great and very helpful and Kylie was especially wonderful and was the most charming of any of the front of house staff in the 4 various hotels we stayed in! The apartments (we stayed on two separate occasions in a matter of weeks) were spacious and modern with great in-house facilities and balconies with great views.
