  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th ... what people say » floor with ocean views, and two sleeping comfortable little boys, we cannot thank you enough. - Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. The location was brilliant and the facilities second to none. The vibe, view and ambience w - I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max. The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

  The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

Overall it was a good stay. - Large rooms and bath rooms some guests obviously mistreat the rooms. Good buffet breakfast on ground floor however the revolving restaurant breakfast is not as good.   Loved the coffee shop and the bed... I have arthritis everywhere and sleeping on the bed was a dream. I've stayed at a lot of places on the gc and this was great. Resturants, coffee shop right at your fingertips. A great deal is the movie packages. We paid $25 for the duration of our stay (2 nights) and you get unlimited movies for that price. Lov... what people say » ed the decor and how it all felt. - Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. It was wonderful to see smiling staff who made you feel welcome from beginning to end.
