  I work @ the No1 Luxary Resort on Hamilton Island, so I'm the type to get up high & down low to inspect each and every aspect of Accom I stay in, I would say I'm very Critical: However, apon arrival the; outside: of the building was sercure with key touch entry (or intercom for acess for vistors) clean tidy, very inviting. LOBBY: Was spotless,... what people say » even under furniture. Extremely clean & Shiny, modern, Mirrors mark free. And the staff wonderful & friendly. Room: Large Spacious Modern des - Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.

  Everything, it was well worth the money spent!! Excellent sized executive suite, 2bdrm 1 with an ensuite, another separate bathroom, great sized massive wardrobes woth mirrored doors in both rooms, washing machine, dryer, decent kitchen utilities, good sized dining/lounge, great sized balcony, swimming pool has slight view over some of the buildin... what people say » gs/streets, great area for sunbathing, bbq facilities, gym facilities, also supermarket is literally less than 1min walk from front entrance, also ba - Nice apartment in a great location. All basic necessities provided including a complete kitchenette unit. Very near to all amenities and shopping areas. Woolworth food store is just downstairs and is of great help. The reception are very supportive and extremely courteous. Especially Ms.Emma has been of great help. We will return to Republic Apartment in our next visit to Brisbane.

  This was my second stay at Astor Apartments and I intend many more. The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. The Astor Apartments provide excellent, well presented accommodation and apartments have everything you need for a great stay. Views... what people say » from the balcony over Brisbane are a delight - we loved it and we will return!! - We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

  I liked the closeness to the city, the restaurants and cafes. I loved my room. The facilities were tremendous for the size of the room. Kitchenette, wardrobe, microwave etc etc. The bathroom was perfect. The staff were helpful. Check in and early leaving was easily arranged. The room was very clean.   Size of the apartment which was 3 bedroomed corner apartment would accomodate 2 families as it also had 2 bathrooms and was a really big living space. We were in a corner apartment on the 7th floor and we had a fantastic view of both the river and the bridge with the city as a backdrop abs - The location was perfect, so close to Restaurants & the River. A short walk to the ferry wharf for a delightful cruise into the city. Our 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the river was a bonus & the resort size pool is great compared to hotel pools in general. Definitely a must stay in Brisbane!

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain.   Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Far more cost effective than 2 small rooms in a big Hotel! We walked with ease - Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table, full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to block out the nearby traffic.

  the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity. couldn't fault them.   A great place to stay, fantastic views of the city and river. Very clean and comfy and had extras you often don't get, such as iron, toaster and crockery, hair dryer. The location was ideal for shopping at Southbank market and nearby is the ferry that takes you to the city for free! Helpful staff. - We stayed in a Delux Hotel Room and was quite surprised at the amount of room especially as there was 3 adults sharing the room. We have stayed several times before but only in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Service was excellent as usual. One of our favourite places to stay.

  I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. Parking was great, easy to find and secure with direct access to the building. Both ladies I spoke with at reception were very professional and friendly and gave an excellent first impression.
