  On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking. The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.... what people say » Bathroom very nice, towelling etc thick and soft. The shower was just awesome, terrific pressure! The bed and pillows were just to die for!! It was t - Your staff has the best customer service I have ever come across, especially two of your employees Scott and Jeremiah (reception on the 29th June at 10am). Impeccable and excellent customer service, very professional with a can do attitude. Meriton hospitality, one experience for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned, Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every morning, overall experience rate out of a hundred?? 100% Satisfaction, please

  the hotel was centrally located and accessible to buses and ferries. the apartment was beautiful with wonderful views through a wall of windows in both rooms. the furnishings were clean, comfortable and elegant. The facilities were excellent and the cleaning services were superb. Really, everything about my stay was outstanding. I could go on and ... what people say » on - the lifts were quick, there was parking available, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, the aircon and tv etc all worked like a dream - I loved the fact that our sleeping area was separate to our living area - all the amenities were superbly appointed. Lovely kitchen facilities (not that we cooked) and I loved the fact that you had a coffee plunger so we could have a long black first thing in the morning :) Overall we felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close. The views from our room were incredible. I would definitely stay here again and high

  Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. It was very clean and extremely spacious. For 6 people staying, 3 bathrooms were extremely handy. We didn't use the free bike hire service in the end, but it was good to know they had it if needed. The ferry - Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat. A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

  I recently spent 5 nights in a Studio Room at The Manor in order to attend a conference at the Brisbane Convention Centre and was very happy with my stay.   We have visited Brisbane several times, and this was the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious,nicely furnished and very comfortable - and, given the extremely central location, amazingly quiet. This is an hotel without that 'just another hotel room' feel. The staff were lovely too. Good cafe just outside the door for excellent b... what people say » reakfasts, and you can put them on your room bill. We will definitely stay here again. - Stepping into the 2 bedroom sub penthouse room was a step back in time and complete luxury. We loved the plush furnishings, the large space, functionality and elegant decor. The position is perfect, on the corner of Queen street mall yet no street noise. The paper delivery each morning was a nice touch as was fresh milk in the fridge. We would recommend the Royal Albert (especially the sub pent house apartments) to all.
