We've stayed there a few times - some for work and some personal. We have enjoyed the facilities/wining and dining and always found staff more than helpful. We have spent time in the pool which is welcoming and clean. LOVE the new block and especially the art in the new block. I purchased the "Lasseters Collection" art book. -

The place is exceeding all expectations, I wish I could rate it as "20". Everything is very-well thought, people are not only friendly but really caring and take the guests problems as their own even if they are not related to hostel stay (e.g. finding a doctor). We only stayed here for a night returning to Melbourne from Uluru/Yulara.
Booked a family room, room was clean, the place is pretty quiet (good to sleep without noises), the location is right in front of the casino (if you after something in this quiet city).

Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The position was very good quick access to all tourist areas while in a quiet location out of the main city centre. Secure off street parking. -
