Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road.
Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.

I was upgraded to a queen and the bed was firm and the sheets very clean

The staff at reception are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Hotel will hold the luggage for few hours until the flight time after check out. This was very helpful. It was a perfect place for me to stay. I was only there to sleep as the
people I went to Melb to see lived around the corner. It was also easy
to get into Melb on the tram, via interesting stre ets eg Gertrude and
Smith. The staff were eager to help ie. Wake up call and call for taxi.

The bed was super comfy! The kitchenette was functional. It was relatively quiet. Nice rooms. Great shower / bathroom. Found the lounge was a fold out bed. The in house food service delivery was great too, the food was yummy! The trams were right across the road.
