The staff were very helpful.
The room was extremely welcoming with adequate kitchen facilities to allow us to cook meals easily.
The beds were very soft, great after a long day of surfing and playing on the beach.
The bathrooms were good, especially the en suite, very special.

A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!). Lots of cafes and shops nearby and a great cycleway along the beach front. Highly recommended! -

All of it...We stayed in one of the penthouses and it was so nice, relaxing and private. We just wished it stopped raining so we could get in the roof top spa. -

We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.

I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking
them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)
