We arrived well before check in time as we had trouble with our previous accomodation the staff went out of their way to clean our room perfectlly may i add and have us checked in and comfortable within 20 minutes of arrival the room was clean and spacious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful -

The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and
complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but
staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the
waiting. Room was comfortable and spacious. I did complete your room
evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.

The two bed apartment was compact and comfortable but at the same time well suited for four people with mod cons and furnishings and nice size TV. The size of the room was great. Windows opened and we had a balcony. We appreciated being able to leave suitcases for a late flight and the desk attendant called us a taxi to go to tbe airport with no fuss. Everyone was helpful and friendly. -

The room is basic, but it is neat and tidy. I also liked the fact that it was so close to everything, and I didn't require a car. It was quite, so I was able to get my much needed sleep. small but quite adequate, very clean and comfortable. At check in we
were given directions to get to the city - not too far away - and the

On a trip to Adelaide that failed dismally across the board my travel companion and I both agreed that Franklin Central Apartments was the one part of our stay we enjoyed! The rooms were smartly decorated and kept in pristine condition, the staff were friendly and approachable and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the room. If by some vague chance I ever happen to stay in Adelaide again I will gladly do so with Franklin Central and will recommend my friends to also!
