Leonie was amazing! I was not aware of the transportation limitaons on KI. Within half an hour not only was my shuttle to Pennishaw arranged and a rental car awaiting me there but the return trip as well. This woman did above and beyond. She was the savior of my trip to KI!!!! For future travelors be sure to research KI!!!(-

Genelg Gateway Apartments, are in excellent location .Constructed, just a walking distance from the main market, the apartments get a decent client age so it is very peaceful after a hard days work! The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the

The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -

The two bed apartment was compact and comfortable but at the same time well suited for four people with mod cons and furnishings and nice size TV. Nice to have the balcony onto Hindley St to get out and watch the goings on, nice eating nearby, 2 minute walk to tram and 10 minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Would definately stay again.
