  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance.   The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish . The pool was small but refreshing after a full day of walking in the heat! - The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It certainly made our stay in the city that bit more "luxurious"
