Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is excellent, close to shops and in the heart of the neighborhood of Recoleta. The breakfast is plentiful and a good variety of fruits and breads. The service is pleasant, the service of a boutique hotel. I recommend this hotel. - Qijin

Afetr spending a few nights in a Hotel in Palermo we decided to try a spot of 'self catering' in Recoletta by renting one of the apartments here for 8 nights. We were luck enough to be upgraded to a 2 bed apartment as there were no 'executive' rooms available so we had bags of space to spread out and make the place feel a little more like a base rather than just living out of a suitcase. Very nice hotel staff, but Martin (tall & blondish) speaks the best English. They'll phone in reservations, call for taxis, and assist in booking tours. All very willing to help in any way, including maids (no English). Internet is free to use anytime. Will store luggage free when you have an evening departure. Breakfast is usual European fare, plus yogurt, 3 dry cereals, strong coffee, juices and fresh fruit. Place is clean from top to bottom; never saw a bug anywhere and carpet looks new. - Brian

The rooms were really clean and modern, with little kitchens and air conditionning. There was WIFI and also internet at the reception. I think the hotel was suffering a little from the fact it's brand new: the internet didn't always work, the gym was "kind of working", the TV stopped working for a couple of hours and then came back. My husband and three children booked a two bedroom apartment at Sarmiento Suites. I was a little apprehensive since there was very little information on the Internet about this hotel. We paid $65/USD per night. The room was very spacious with enough room to sleep six. We felt the hotel staff was always very friendly and willing to help.
