Buenos Aires Apartments

Stayed here first week of April 2009. New hotel in good location less than a 100 yards from the famous Recoleta Cemetery, restaurants and clubs. In fact, we looked down at the cemetery from our balcony. There are a number of night clubs and restaurants in the immediate area, so it is loud during weekend nights and early mornings. Afetr spending a few nights in a Hotel in Palermo we decided to try a spot of 'self catering' in Recoletta by renting one of the apartments here for 8 nights. We were luck enough to be upgraded to a 2 bed apartment as there were no 'executive' rooms available so we had bags of space to spread out and make the place feel a little more like a base rather than just living out of a suitcase. I had high hopes for this hotel from the pics posted on various sites and I was not disappointed at all. We had 2 dif rooms, an Exec Suite and a Reg Suite. The difference betw the 2 rooms was a pull-out couch in a living/sitting area, a full kitchen and a balcony and a much larger room. If you are deciding betw the 2, spend the extra $20 for the Exec Suite. Rooms were modern, clean and very spacious. The bathroom was nice and the shower was FANTASTIC.. I stayed four days with my two teenagers. The rooms were super clean, the staff was helpful with everything we asked. The only bummer was the pool was cold and even though they DID tried many times to warm it up it just didn't seem to warm enough to use. They let us check out a little later for no charge and everyone was VERY friendly. The Breakfast was AMAZING and brought to your room each morning & rooms are made up each day. - Bassem

We arrived at this wonderful hotel at 7:00 am on Friday morning after a red eye flight. We were met by a very friendly staff member and were allowed to check in well before check in time. We were very pleased with the modern, spacious room and the wonderful service. The staff is very helpful, our room #10 was very quiet. The staff is helpful without being intrusive. The location is great within walking distance of many many restaurants. We prefer this location in Palmero. We lovwed this hotel an - Markus
