Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
