  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading.   The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes).   The Palms South Beach is a great hotel I would reccomend everyone, it's very very clean, very elegant, the staff is always nice and polite and the room and all facilities were absolutely perfect. - Lovely hotel, good sized rooms, decorated very modern, Aveda bath products. Very comfortable beds, slept well. Service in restaurant was very good.

  Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive.
