The staff was exceptional and took care of me as if I was family. I will definately stay there again. The penthouse rooms were immaculate. You are placed right in the heart of SOBE with many resturants and right across from the beach. The ambience of the hotel, and particularly its situation close to everything. Mzing hotel in an amazing location. The room it self and location perfect for Miami.
