The hotel was very nicelly decrated. wonderfull garden and pool. Next to the beach but does not hace its own beach. The rooms are clean comfi and big enough. We liked the hotel so much that we were sad that we are only staying for one night after our cruise. We willgo back and definatelly stay in the same hotel - Location, Location and Concierge

Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor.
The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating.
Restaurant was good for burgers, pasta etc and not too expensive.
Our room (410) was spacious and very trendy with views over the pool and South Beach beyond.

- Unique, art inspired interior
- Very comfortable rooms
- Got two complimentary upgrades to suites (would've been nice if the third room i'd booked had an upgrade too...)
- Willingness of managers to give dining recommendations in the location
- General friendliness of staff. Mickey, one of the pool bar staff, chatted to us about coming from Serbia and his experiences of living in New York and Miami

Do not believe everything you read about this hotel!! I would recommendthis hotel. My stay was very nice. The location is perfect for thebeach, eating, shopping etc. When I arrived at the hotel I was veryupset because my luggage was lost in atl. The staff was very helpful andfriendly. The staff were fantastic. My bank put a restriction on my card and was
declined. One of the managers Tj gave me a phone to call them. But since
it was a Sunday an also 4pm Nigerian time nothing could be resolved. Tj
checked me in all the same and said I should sort it out in the morning.
I couldn't believe this. I really appreciated this gesture.

morning my card was sorted and I had a fantastic time at the hotel.
Hospitality I give them 15/10. -
Nice design and vibe. Excellent food on all restaurants. Good parties around the pool and very good sound isolated room, no noise from late night pool parties. The staff deserves the credit of being a great place to stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel, facilities were great, staff were great, especially Joelle at the front desk, fantastic location without being noisy, lovely rooftop pool, very convenient for beach and Lincoln Road. I loved this little boutique hotel. the interior was really cool with the lovely old photographs. it looked like a Ralph Lauren design. The staff were great and the food in the bar was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfy. Oh and we went down to the club downstairs and had a blast dancing the night away.

Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside
but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
wine tasting! Nice pool. I would stay here again! -

Great hotel in great location.have read other reviews and I can only saythat people who are negative must be very pickey! Staff were lovely,loved the hammocks on the beach and the overall feel of the place, evenwent back for an extra night at the end of the holday. - close to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants
