  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes).   As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.

  Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive.
