  We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the nearest very large A/C shopping centre with a supermarket.   We went both for business and medical reasons so we located ourselves to the nearest hotel to the Saudi German hospital. The staff were as caring as nursing staff. They all looked after me like a princess. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of - I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.

  Attention to detail in every aspect of the quality of the accomodation. The cutlery was even lined up in one of the kitchen cupboards! Very well trained and presented staff for who nothing is too much trouble. Location is only 10 mins walk to Karama Metro. I am a regular traveller to Dubai and this is the best of the 7 hotel apartments I have stayed in. . - The location was perfect for us as it was near Al Karama shopping centre which was a key activity during our stay. We were also about a 10-15 min walk from the metro which enabled us to easily get to the other shopping malls and tourist attractions such as the Burj Khalifa. There is a great pool at the top of the hotel along with a gym which was never busy and looked very new.
