Hospitality gets full points. Staff at Metro Central sure know how to pamper their guests with their promptness to help. Very welcoming and warm.

The location which is very near to Metro station, but a bit far from city center. It costs AED 95 for taxi fare from airport to hotel, and AED 70 to airport.
Close to food outlets such as subway and Burger King on the opposite road and Hot and Spicy and Western food outlet about 100 metres behind the hotel.
Cooking utensils are excellent with electric stove, microwave and big fridge, suits those who wishes to cook, at least for breakfast which not worth to pay at the hotel.

We have stayed at the lotus twice out of the three times we have visited
Dubai, fantastic location, exceptional staff and management. We got our

The location is great, as I like to be in the Dubai Marin area. Hotel staff is both profetional and friendly. Hotel amenities are good and rooms are beautifully furnished. There are supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, Fish & Chips all in the the area. Idefiantly going to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. Outstanding service from all staff especially housekeeping boys very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with just enough choices. Best thing Internet is free and GYM is open 24

At First best regards to Mr.Samer Rafie(Operations Manage) + Akram (Reciption) and all employees.good location , 10Mnts drive from Emirates Mall , quiet area ,very comfortable , clean ,Free Shutle from hotel to Sharaf DJ station and Emirate Mall. Food taste good,swimming pool area is wanderfull, i lived in Fraser Paris and i like it very much and also Fraser Dubai.
Realy all staff are friendly , familier and nice.
If you care about your family chose Fraser.

Staff is good.
Its apartment and have everything like iron; washing machine; microwave oven etc
Location is very near to many supermarkets and restaurants. -

The hotel has enough car park under the basement. The staffs including the security were friendly. We stayed in studio appartment. The check in was ok. We room was spacious and clean. Arrival to the hotel was good and the check in was very quick. The room was perfect, very neat and clean. We did not use the kitchen however all the basic amenities were available. we really liked the pool which was huge and a kids pool adds to the charm for people travelling with kids. Close proximity to metro station and shopping areas makes it an ideal place to stay for leisure and business traveler. Really enjoyed my stay.

Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There were some English speaking TV stations.
There is also quite a good cafe across the road. The staff were helpful. -

I stayed in one bedroom appartment, it was clean and spacy. Balcony and
kitchen are nice features in this hotel. Swimming pool and gym are good.
Location is in Jaddaf Area, time to airport and burj khalifa is 10
minutes only. Price is acceptable in comparission to other hotels
features. Very calm and it is highly recommended.

The hotel was quiet: Noise of the traffic didn't bother and there weren't noisy discos in the same building. The room was very cosy, which made us feel at home. Two pools (on first floor and on the roof) were not crowded in the morning or in the evening, when we used them. The restaurant was open 24/7 and offered the possibility to eat decently, if

Some reviews on your website seemed quite low I was surprised. I was in Block 5 and would be very happy to go back again - and again. The location is good it is a shortish walk to the creek and the souks. The staff were very helpful and efficient.
