I had a superb stay, from the check in at 1030 am, they already have my
booking slip and have my room ready, while we are checking in they
offered us towels to freshen up, juices and cookies. When we get inside
the room, everything is what I have expected, the ocean view is serene.
We had a room service and they delivered our food on the rack to keep it
hot. My husband likes the gym so much. They offer you good towels in the
gym and in the pool (no need to be carrying your towel from the room).

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στο μετρό και ενδοιάμεσα της περιοχής για διακοπές και χαλάρωση και της τουριστικής παλιάς πόλης. Βρίσκεται στην Financial περιοχή. Επίσης ειναι πολύ κοντά στο καλύτερο κατά τη γνώμη μου mall στο Dubai του "Dubai mall" . Διαθέτει πολύ ωραία θέα σε μερικούς από τους ουρανοξύστες της πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα αξιοπρεπές χώρο spa

Excellent Value for Money. Great location, spotlessly clean, fabuloushelpful staff. Not as luxurious as some hotels in Dubai, but anexcellent 4*+ hotel by anyone's stndards. Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we
were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall
her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a

Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view....
